Oh no, not happy with your purchase? No problem!

RETURNS

We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your order to return your item providing

  1. The purchased item is unworn or unused
  2. The packaging is undamaged
  3. You have proof of purchase
If above conditions are met, then please

  • B. within 14 day of sending your email please return the item in its original and undamaged packaging to: Mila Malas and More, f.a.o. S. Dewkinandan, Van Ostadestraat 403/D, 1074 VZ Amsterdam, The Netherlands
  • C. To ensure we match the returned item with the right customer and can deal with your request as soon as possible, please include a small note in your return package with your
    1. name
    2. email address
    3. order number

 

Refunds

Once Mila Malas and More has received your return shipment we will check whether return conditions 1, 2 and 3 are met. Depending on our findings we will inform you via email how we will proceed. When refund is approved we will return payment for your purchase amount via the original payment method you used to make your original purchase. Please keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund in your account number.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately via emial if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. We will do our utmost to remedy the situation immediately and make you a happy customer.

 

Shipping costs for return items

You are responsible for all costs regarding return items, unless Mila Malas and More has specifically via email acknowledged that Mila Malas and More will pay for the shipping costs. You are responsible for any damage incurred to items during return shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you send the products properly packaged, in good condition and in their original box and/or packaging. You are responsible for ensuring that Mila Malas and More receives your return shipment. We strongly advise you to ship your returns with a Track and Trace shipping code.

 

What are the shipping costs for returns in case the purchased item is flawed?

In case you receive a flawed product Mila Malas and More will be responsible for the costs of return shipping, but only after we have specifically acknowledged that via email. Please follow the return procedure as stated in above. 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items that cannot be returned:

  • Customized products i.e. items made to your requirements and agreed upon specifications
  • Earrings: For hygienic reasons earrings are packed in a sealed transparent eco friendly plastic bag. Once the seal is broken, it is not possible to return your purchased earrings.
  • Digital files (downloads and printables): Due to the nature of digital files it is not possible to request a refund.
  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants) and hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

EXCHANGES

As most items are unique pieces, it will most likely not be possible to send you the exact same product.  If your return shipment has been approved, we will refund your money as per conditions above. Feel free to purchase an equally beautiful item in our store.
