What are the shipping costs?

(Updated November 2023)

THE NETHERLANDS*

  • For orders of and over €75:
    • FREE SHIPPING within the Netherlands for orders of and over €75.
  • For orders under €75:
    • For small sized orders less than 2 kg and fitting through the mailbox:
      • INSURED for loss and damages (max €50) & Sign upon delivery/Aangetekend verzenden with Track&Trace €9,50
      • NOT INSURED for loss and damages, Track&Trace Only €6,50
    • For larger sized orders
      • Till 10 kg: from €11,50 (incl VAT)
     

    INTERNATIONAL* (countries I ship to)

    • Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany
    • The United Kingdom

     

    *1. All shipping costs are including VAT

     *2. Exact shipping rates will calculate automatically at checkout once you have entered the correct shipping address

    * 3. All orders are shipped with Track&Trace, but you decided between INSURED and NOT Insured Shipping

    *4. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and size of order

     

     

    When will my orders be shipped?

    • Every Monday for all approved orders received on Sunday 
    • Every Friday for all approved orders received on Thursday 
    • Except when it's a holiday. Then shipment will be the day after

    Please keep in mind that Mila Malas and More is a one-woman business, so all aspects of my business incl packaging and shipping is done by one person. Unfortunately I don’t have a team to assist me yet ;-).

     

    What do I do when I have not received my order?

    Mila Malas and More is not responsible for lost orders. Choose INSURED SHIPPING with your order, as this increases the chances of payment for loss orders.

    In case of order not received and you've chosen INSURED Shipping, send an email to shar@milamalasandmore.com with your TRACK&TRACE and Invoice nr and I will try to assist you in retrieving your order.

    If you have chosen NOT INSURED I can not assist you in trying to locate your order, even with Track&Trace nr. 

    What do I do when I have not received my order in time?

    Mila Malas and More cannot guarantee that your order will reach you in a specified time, especially during holiday season. All orders once shipped are beyond my control. To increase the possibility of receiving your order in time please make sure you order months in advance. Better safe than sorry.

     

    Will I have to pay import duties?

    Orders with a shipping address in the Netherlands will not have to pay import duties as Mila Malas and More is based in the Netherlands. Orders with shipping address not in the Netherlands will most probably have to pay import duties. If you want to know how much these are, I advise you to get in touch with the relevant authorities in your country as import duties vary per country.

    Mila Malas and More is not responsible for extra costs due to import duties or any other reason.

     

    What are the shipping costs for returns?

    You are responsible for all costs regarding returns, unless I have specifically via email acknowledged that Mila Malas and More will pay for the shipping costs.

    You are responsible for any damage incurred to items during return shipment. I therefore strongly recommend that you ship your items securely packaged.

    You are responsible for making sure that Mila Malas and More receives your return item(s). I strongly advise to ship your returns with a Sign upon Delivery with Track and Trace code.

     

    What are the shipping costs for returns in case the purchased item is flawed?

    In case you receive a flawed product Mila Malas and More will be responsible for the costs of return shipping, but only after I have specifically acknowledged that via email to you. Please follow the procedure as stated in our return and exchange policy for return items.

     

    PACKAGING

    Mila Malas and More tries to do her bid for Mother Earth and will recycle good packaging as much as and wherever possible. Unpacking your order will however always be a joyful experience. Mila Malas and More believes that every step in your buying process should be an amazing and hazzle free experience. Unpacking an order should be as wonderful as the thrill of purchasing your product.
